Payment is due immediately upon service completion. For new clients or larger bookings, we may request a small deposit in advance.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens! However, to protect our time and team:
❗️ Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $30 cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may result in full or partial charge.
Please let us know in advance if you need to reschedule — we’re happy to help!
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with the results, we’ll return within 48 hours to re-clean the area — free of charge.
We use only safe, proven cleaning methods and treat your home with the utmost care. You’ll always receive honest, visible results — or we’ll make it right.
